North Farm Cottages, Norfolk

Kingfisher and Barn Owl Cottages are luxury single-storey cottages with beautiful original features. The cottages have level interiors throughout and a ground-floor, level-access wet-room is available onsite (access can be requested in advance of your stay).

Kingfisher and Barn Owl Cottages have light and airy living rooms with vaulted ceilings, original beams, cosy wood-burners, flat-screen TVs, and French doors onto the enclosed garden (one small step down). The cottages have country cottage style kitchen/diners also with direct access to the enclosed garden.

The cottages both have a king-size/twin bedroom, second twin bedroom, family bathroom with shower over bath, and an additional WC.

Kingfisher and Barn Owl Cottages can be booked together, perfect for a multi-generational break or holidaying with friends. The cottage gardens have an interconnecting gate outside the kitchen areas, and the enclosed gardens have outdoor toys, garden furniture and BBQs. A games room with pool table and table tennis is located close to the cottages. Families are welcomed at North Farm Cottages and lots of baby and toddler equipment can be provided on request.

Kingfisher and Barn Owl Cottages are located at North Farm Cottages and there is lots to explore around the farm. Children can help feed the chickens, spot the barn owls and meet the cows and calves; and guests are welcome to explore the 14 acres of surrounding meadow with river frontage, bird hide overlooking the stream, or fishing on a small private tributary.
