Bathroom is large wet room with spacious shower area and Closomat WC combines toilet, bidet and drier within 1 unit. Wheeled shower chair and Perch Stool available for use at property.

The village is best known for the Ospreys at Loch Garten, Strathspey Steam Railway and its excellent golf course and offers the perfect base to explore the many attractions within Spey Valley and Cairngorms National Park. Cyclists and walkers can set off from the cottage and follow numerous tracks in the local area, many of which are well facilitated for those with accessibility requirements.

Cairngorm Mountain Range and Loch Morlich are 20 minutes away by car and the surrounding area has a wide variety of attractions such as Malt Whisky Trail, galleries, craft shops, golf courses, outdoor activity centres and you can reach the beautiful Moray Firth beaches of Nairn and Findhorn within an hour.
