I am an independent Travel Agent and I specialise in creating amazing accessible holidays. As a Hays Travel franchise you have the support of a large organisation whilst at the same time you have the service standards of a small independent. I am ABTA bonded and all flight inclusive packages are ATOL protected.

My position is fairly unique in travel as I am also mum to a child with Cerebral Palsy and have to manage the battles we all face when organising holidays and travelling overseas. I am also trustee of a disability charity providing therapy funding for children in Wales with Cerebral Palsy.

I don’t charge for my service as operators compensate me out of their own profits that you would pay anyway. My holidays are the same price as if you book direct. I am able to find the best accommodation and location for your needs including undertaking google street walks of the area, arrange all your assistance, help you with check in and any forms required and be on hand whenever you need me. I can arrange adapted transfers and equipment hire whilst overseas. Unlike traditional high street agencies I don’t work high street hours. I work when my customers need me.
