The Holiday Homes Trust

The Holiday Homes Trust is a charity founded in 1969 and provides the chance for families and groups to enjoy a holiday away from the day-to-day routine and create cherished lasting memories.

We rent out affordable caravans, eight are adapted and accessible and two are non-adapted, located in some of the most popular UK holiday destinations.

Most of our caravans are wheelchair* accessible and sleep six people comfortably. These have a wet room, fully equipped kitchen with gas or electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle and well-designed comfortable lounge. For more living space, some of our caravans have an outdoor veranda, which makes the holiday experience even more special.

Our caravans at Hoburne Devon Bay and Hoburne Naish New Milton are not adapted. These have a master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite cloakroom, the second room has twin single beds and the sofabed in the lounge converts into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the shower room has a step in shower.

Our caravans are sited in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Hampshire, Dorset, Devon, West Sussex, and Cornwall.

They are based in established holiday parks including the award-winning Haven and Hoburne holiday parks. Pentewan Sands Holiday Park is an independent family-owned site and one of the best holiday parks in Cornwall.

All the parks offer a wide range of facilities, including swimming pools, children’s play areas, shops and restaurants and bars, along with daytime and evening entertainment. passes are included in the price of the holiday, and our guests can also enjoy exclusive owner privileges on some of the holiday parks.
