The Games Barn

The Games Barn is a single-storey barn conversion situated on a 30 acre working family farm in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The spacious barn has ramp access, level interior, accessible wet-room with choice of shower chairs, and accessible terrace with countryside and woodland views.

The Games Barn has ramp access and double patio doors into a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, cosy wood-burner, and TV. A hallway leads from the living room along to a kitchen/dining room with modern fully-equipped kitchen, dining table with free-standing seating, and additional armchair.

The barn has two double bedrooms with king-size beds, and two twin bedrooms (the beds can be configured as two singles, a stacked single or as a king-size double). Bed raisers can be provided.

The barn has a family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, and a spacious accessible wet-room with step-free shower, wall-mounted shower seat, fixed grab-rails for shower, drop-down grab-rail and fixed grab-rail alongside WC, and wheel-under washbasin with fixed grab-rail. (A wheeled shower/commode chair, static shower chair, and standard wheelchair are available to loan).

The Games Barn has level access onto private decking with outdoor dining furniture and panoramic countryside and woodland views. The dog-friendly barn has a gate leading to its own enclosed lawn surrounded by fields.

At the bottom of the ramp is a utility shed with laundry facilities, and a hard-standing parking area for four cars (with designated accessible space).

The family farm has a small number of animals including cows, sheep, pigs, chickens and ducks, and guests are welcome to help look after the animals, collect eggs, feed the pigs, etc.
