The lovely Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is only a 10-minute walk or a two-minute drive away and has a large variety of shops. There are many pubs, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes as well as a picturesque fishing harbour.

Popular outings include visits to the National Trust estate of Llanerchaeron, to the University town of Aberystwyth and to the seaside town of New Quay. The Aeron Valley and the Ceredigion Heritage Coast offer beautiful scenic drives.

Swn y Mor sleeps 2 in 1 super king-size bedroom. It is fully wheelchair accessible and ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Bedroom area: super king-size bed (can be made up as a twin on request)
Easy access wet room: shower, toilet, hand basin, handrails, heated towel rail, removable shower seat

Kitchen/dining area: electric hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs for 4
Sitting area: 2 armchairs, Smart TV, DVD player, large bi-folding glazed doors for great access

OUTSIDE
There is a wooden front deck area with patio furniture and a separate deck to the side of the property with a dining table and chairs. Both decks are wheelchair accessible. Conservatory: two 2-seater cane sofas, 2 cane armchairs, dining table seating 4, piano, telescope, sea views, shared with guests from Seabreeze. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available to use on-site. Private off-road parking for two cars.
