Gite in Loire Valley

Located in the heart of the French countryside in the Loire Valley region, close to all the major Chateaux and only 40 minutes from Futuroscope, one of France’s most visited tourist destinations, is where you will find our gite Les Ecuries.

Superbly renovated and equipped, handicapped friendly and with not 1, not 2 but 3 private walled terraces, Les Ecuries definitely has all you need to get the most from your holiday! Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a large double with its own seating area and another large bedroom with three single beds. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. There is a large family sized bathroom with shower, toilet and heater.

Downstairs there is large double bedroom and a wet room with a shower, toilet and heater. The open plan living area has a lounge with comfortable seating for seven people and UK and French satellite TV. The dining area has seating for seven and the kitchen is very well equipped. French doors open out onto your own private walled terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. From here you have access to two further private terraces.

The first is a south facing terrace with sun loungers that also provides direct viewing access to the pool for the mobility impaired. The second is a quiet, hard landscaped courtyard planted with bananas, cannas and other exotics. It has a shady pergola with garden furniture to sit out in the evening and catch the last rays of the sun. Pathways lead to the shared Le Bouchet gardens where you will find the large heated swimming pool and a play area for the kids.
