Ash Tree Cottage is part of two properties located in Carmarthenshire, both designed to accommodate those with limited mobility.

Ash Tree Cottage is a spacious, 5-star property located in the Carmarthenshire countryside, near the village of Llanfynydd. It offers easy access to coastal attractions and various nearby towns and activities, making it ideal for those with limited mobility. The cottage includes:
* Accommodations: 4 bedrooms (1 double, 1 king-size, 1 single profiling bed, 1 bunk & single bed), a wet-room, family bathroom, playroom, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with underfloor heating. The living area is spacious with vaulted ceilings and offers views of the surrounding countryside.
* Facilities: The cottage features accessible amenities, including adjustable beds and a wet-room with grab rails. There is also a playroom for children, a fully fitted kitchen, utility room with laundry facilities, and a large outdoor deck with seating, a meadow with swings, and a wooded area for exploration.
* Location: Situated 7 miles from Llandeilo and 11 miles from Carmarthen, with nearby beaches (Llansteffan, Laugharne, Tenby, Pembrokeshire). Attractions include Dinefwr Park, Aberglasney Gardens, National Botanical Gardens of Wales and coasteering or mountain biking activities.
* Additional Features:
* Accessible for disabled guests, with equipment available for hire (e.g., profiling bed, hoists, shower chairs).
* No smoking, pets, or electric car charging on-site.
* Parking available at the front, with a gravel driveway and easy access for unloading.
* Bed linen is included, and free WiFi is available.
* The owners live on-site for support if needed.

We can change the playroom into a second bedroom with a profiling bed it is extra cost but ideal if you have two guests with limited mobility.

We have two different shower chairs, perch stool, Parnell single freestanding grab rail for the king or double room, Sara Stedy and table raisers. Our local mobility supplier can provide additional equipment but the client would have to order those themselves, for example rise and recliner chair, mobility scooter, wheelchair.
