Two double bedroom wheelchair accessible bungalow with wet room, lounge, dining area, kitchen and conservatory. Ample off-road parking – suitable for a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

The property is dog friendly (maximum 2 dogs). No cats or other pets.

The front bedroom includes a king size bed and wardrobes.

The rear bedroom has a single profile bed and a single bed.
The lounge can have a sofa bed if required.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and kitchen essentials.

The wet room has a comfort height toilet, a semi-ped sink, a level entry shower with both handheld and rain fall shower heads, a wheel shower chair, and a heated towel rail.

We also provide a mobile hoist. You need to provide your own sling.

The bungalow is located in the port town of Brixham, English Riviera, South Devon.
You can sometimes see dolphins and seals in the harbour.
There are many places to visit in and around Brixham like Berry Head, Brixham Marina, the saltwater swimming pool, Battery Gardens, coastal walks, harbour side food places and shops.
There are beaches nearby including Brixham, Broadsands (beach wheelchair if available), Goodrington and many more.
There is a steam railway nearby.
Paignton has its zoo, beaches, cinema, pier and shops.
Torquay is also within travelling distance, and there is WetWheels (wetwheelfoundation.org) based at MDL marina for those who want to experience power boating, including driving if you want or trips to Dartmouth and Salcombe and you can lookout for seals, dolphins, porpoises etc.
