Safe Haven is a bungalow with fabulous sea views in the pretty seaside village of Aberporth, just minutes from the beach. The property has excellent wheelchair access inside and out.

The beautiful sea views from the living area, pretty garden and deck are breathtaking and any holiday spent at Safe Haven should prove good for the soul.

We are a few minutes’ walk from sandy beaches and the fabulous Ceredigion Coast Path with wheelchair access. You might spot dolphins from the coast path and Red Kites frequently fly overhead.

The coastal path links to several nearby coves, such as Tresaith, Penbryn and Llangrannog. Golf, horse riding, fishing and boating are all available nearby.

ACCOMMODATION
Safe Haven sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin. All the accommodation is on the ground floor with excellent wheelchair access so would suit those with restricted mobility.

Bedroom 1: king-size bed, 32″ TV with Netflix and Freeview
Bedroom 2: twin beds, trundle bed, travel cot. One of the single beds is an ‘Electric Care Bed’.
Bathroom: bath, shower, toilet, 2 hand basins, heated towel rail
Living room/dining area: 3-seater sofa, 4 armchairs, 40” TV with Netflix and Freeview, panoramic sea views, patio doors to decking, oak table and chairs for 6,
Kitchen: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher
Utility room: washing machine, toilet, hand basin, airing cupboard
Entrance hall: flat-level easy access with spacious storage for wheelchairs and buggies

Enclosed rear garden with fabulous sea views. Large deck with easy wheelchair access, picnic bench, bistro set, garden bench, sun loungers and BBQ. Driveway parking for 2 cars.
