Redlands

Redlands is a beautifully converted barn, set in a quiet hamlet at the base of the Quantock Hills. This family home has been modified to allow wheelchair accessible holidays in this stunning region of Somerset.

The property sleeps 6 with the accessible twin bedroom on the ground floor. This has a single track ceiling hoist over the electric profiling bed and there is a further single track ceiling hoist over the toilet in the en-suite wet room. The ground floor is spacious and light which allows for plenty of room to socialise or separate areas where you can tuck yourself away.  The lounge has a wood burning stove and a private staircase to the upstairs master suite.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms. The master suite has a king sized bed and large en-suite with a bath and separate shower. This room can be accessed via a separate staircase from the lounge or by the main staircase.  The second bedroom can be a twin or king sized, it also has an en-suite bathroom with over bath shower.

Behind the house is a private garden area and patio. The garden and conservatory can be accessed for wheelchairs from the house via the front door and a path outside. The conservatory is accessed inside the house via 7 stairs. The garden provides a great outdoor space to relax whilst looking out over the hills.

The property has parking space for 2 cars. There is paving on the gravel area to allow for easy wheelchair manoeuvrability.
