No.3 Kenwick Woods Holiday Lodge

Purpose built for families with a disabled family member, if you or someone in your family are looking for a fully accessible holiday home 3 Kenwick Woods is your first choice for a country break. Set within a beautiful mature woodland setting in the secluded and exclusive 320 acre 19th century Kenwick Park Estate, in the amazing Lincolnshire Wolds. It is an ideal base for a family holiday or short break. The accommodation is all on one level and has been furnished to the highest standard.

The lodge has been purpose built to Disability Action Yorkshires specification, with accessibility being of prime importance. We have selected the equipment and internal adaptations carefully and hope that you will find all that you need to enable you to have an enjoyable holiday.

Externally there is parking for two vehicles with a path leading directly onto the ramped entrance.

The open plan living area has a lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen. This area has double doors leading onto the gorgeous veranda.

There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom is a double with a double profiling bed and a tracked hoist in the bedroom and adjoining ensuite shower room with reclining shower chair. A further double bedroom and single bedroom also with tracked hoist, with single profiling bed share a bathroom with bath.

Inclusive within the lodge are:

• All linen and towels
• Television in the lounge and both double bedrooms
• Music system with ipod dock
• Dishwasher (cleaning agents not included)
• Washing machine
• Fridge
• Oven
• Microwave
• Toaster/kettle
• Ironing board and iron

The lodge is a haven of peace and tranquillity but if you do feel like exploring the local area there is so much to see and do.

The lovely market town of Louth has local shops, a market on a Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, a cinema, and many pubs and restaurants.

The area has something for everyone, be that seaside fun, motor racing at Cadwell Park, shopping or adventure parks.

The east coast is only half an hours drive away with lovely beaches, Skegness, Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe all having beach friendly wheelchairs for hire. The Lincolnshire Wolds have wonderful rolling landscapes with charming market towns and villages.
