Welcome to Manor Farm Courtyard Holiday Cottages in Hampstead Norreys; a picturesque farming village in Berkshire, with easy access to Newbury, Oxford, Highclere Castle (the location for ITV’s ‘Downton Abbey’), Didcot, Swindon, the M4 and A34.
Our luxuriously-appointed self-catering cottages are ideal for large groups, sleeping up to 16 people across four cottages. These 17th century former barns and stables, renovated by the Betts family farm, provide everything you need for a luxurious stay in glorious Berkshire countryside. Visit England 4 star Gold award.
We offer a specially adapted accessible studio cottage, generously equipped and graded to M3i standard. There is a generous sized wet room with non-slip flooring, super king or twin beds ( sofabed can be booked for an extra fee), seating area and fully equipped kitchen with the ability to adapt to allow a wheelchair user to wash up and cook. All cottages have access to a large communal garden with outside seating.
The village community shop & café next to the Cottages offers fresh food and provisions to cater for all your needs.
