We welcome you to the quiet and peaceful setting in the heart of the bocage area of Calvados Lower Normandie. Our property is set in the middle of open countryside just outside the small village of Saint-Martin-des-Besaces.

It is a substantial residence of 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, with wheelchair access comfortably capable of accommodating 12-15 guests, only 3 kms from the town of St. Martin des Besaces, in Normandy France. The cottage is at the end a a pretty private driveway in tranquil countryside with beautiful views down the valley. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Le Petit Manoir features a newly renovated kitchen, complete with new induction hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and everything you need including the kitchen sink!

Downstairs features a double bedroom and shower room, all with wheelchair access. The living and sleeping areas are separated by the stairway leading to 4 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed and an ensuite shower room with hand basin and toilet, 2 of the other bedrooms have adult size bunk beds and 1 has a single bed as well. The larger bedroom at the other end of the corridor has a double bed and a single. All have easy access to a family bathroom with bath and shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There are 2 cots and 2 extra fold up single beds if needed.

The open plan dining/lounge is spacious and comfortable, the large dining table seats 12 people, two large 4-seater sofas complete the seating, and there is also a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly winter nights in front of satellite TV, in French and English. There are books in both languages and many games for your use.
