Home Farm Scarborough, is a beautifully modernised 18th Century Farm House, which successfully couples old charm with contemporary comfort to provide a luxury holiday rental property. 

Set in the centre of the beautiful village of Scalby, close to amenities the house sleeps 12 with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Downstairs also we have our newly refurbished accessible bedroom suite. The large suite includes a sofa and zip and link beds which can be made up either as twin beds or a super king sized bed for added versatility.  The bed can be raised for anyone should it be required and there is plenty of space for wheelchair access around the room. (Please see accessibility page on our website for more information) The level ensuite wet room is suitable for disabled use with lowered sink, shower seat and grab rails. All doorways have been widened for wheelchairs.

The house unique in the area with its large heated indoor swimming pool which you have exclusive use of when booking Home Farm Scarborough. 12 metres long it can be used for real exercise swimming and also give kids a large space to play water games and with the fun inflatables. There is an open shower area for easy access and sun loungers to relax on.

To the front of the house there is a paved courtyard which can provide disabled parking and access should it be required. Just let us know in advance of your arrival and we will make sure you can have vehicular access.

We are also dog friendly and have a large enclosed rear garden. It is an ideal property for multi generational family gatherings and celebrations as well as family respite breaks.
