Elm Cottage is a 2 bed purpose built wheel chair friendly cottage.  Has a purpose built wet room with shower & bath.  This cottage is suitable for families with small children and guest with reduced mobility.  Just refurbished to a high standard.  Please see photo’s below.

Elm Cottage is a two bedroomed stone built cottage. It can sleep up to 4 in comfort.  Kingsize bed & bunk beds

The cottage is single story and offers level access throughout. There is also level access to the private patio and BBQ area. The cottage is South facing, ensuring maximum sunshine whenever possible! The cottage has been designed to be disabled – wheelchair friendly.

Elm Cottage offers exceptional accommodation with spectacular, panoramic views from the living and dining areas towards the Roseland Peninsula.

A fenced and private south facing garden ensures that sun lovers can relax on the patio, light the BBQ and take in the glorious scenery. Night time often brings spectacular star filled skies.

The cottage has a master bedroom with Kings Size bed, further bedroom bunk beds.  There is a separate wet room with shower and bath. The fully equipped kitchen offers oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. The open plan dining and lounge areas enjoy an unspoilt view over open fields and down the valley towards the Roseland Peninsula. Freeview smart TV is provided in the living area and master bedroom. Free use of cots are available by prior arrangement.  The cottage is heated by controllable under floor heating using the latest air source technology.

All linen and towelling is provided (please note that this does not include beach towels).

Private parking for several cars is available as well as free boat/trailer storage for the duration of your stay. Free Wi-Fi access is provided.

There is a tourist office on site.

One well behaved dog will be accepted by prior arrangement, Pet fee of £35.00 per week
