Murcia has a Mediterranean climate and is located close to the Mediterranean Sea. The area is characterized by relatively dry winters and very warm, and generally dry summers. The sun shines an average of 320 days a year.
San Pedro del Pinatar is a city in the Spanish province and region of Murcia. To the north of this cuty lie the more well-known cities of Elche and Alicante and to the south the city of Cartagena. The apartment is located within walking distance of the beautiful salt lakes with flamingos and many restaurants and tapas bars. The mud baths of Lo Pagan are within cycling distance as well as the shopping mall of Dos Mares. Shopping centre Zenia Bloulevard is a 10-minute drive away.
