Wheelchair accessible, with wider doorways, Wet room with grabrails, shower chair & loose shower hose & head for easy use.

Bedroom has electrical operated head and foot raiser, bed can be raised if required.

All bedding linen and bath towels supplied.

Raiser & recliner chairs in Lounge.  Work tops are at a slight lower level in the fully equipped kitchen.  Hob & Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Fridge with all crockery, cutlery and necessary utensils also provided.

Basic cleaning products are given.

Wi-fi and Accessible parking on site.

Use of the the heated covered pool on property.

Seafront, Torquay Station, Convenience store all in close proximity.
