Cannon Hall Farm April 2025
We had a lovely day trip to Cannon Hall Farm and the weather was very good to us. Carers and their disabled children all had a wonderful day. Here is some feedback.
- The day trip was fantastic! Everything flowed seamlessly and we had a wonderful time. The itinerary was well planned, and the guide was knowledgeable and engaging.
- Thank you for a lovely day, I enjoyed the ferret race, I said blue would win and it did. I enjoyed the sheep race. I liked seeing the piglets and was amazed by the ants carrying leaves above my head on the rope.

- I took 2 children with Special educational and disability needs to Cannon Hall Farm with HoliBreak+ they absolutely loved it and are looking forward to more trips as my boys love going with HoliBreak+ because they don’t feel judged.
- It was a well planned activity day out for all. It was just the right distance to travel. The access for all was good, it had the indoor and outdoor activities for children and adults. There was plenty to do for all. The animals were the best.
- It was a great journey there and back. My boys really enjoyed their time at Cannon Hall Farm. The people were very friendly, there was plenty of time to look around eat and play. My sons had the chance to feed the animals and explored everything they could see.
- I loved the Cannon Hall Farm, I really enjoyed the trip including my kids, my child was nervous to go but after the trip coming back he said Mum I really enjoyed that, I thought it was going to be boring, but it wasn’t. He met a friend there and they went on the park and indoor play, he had so much fun. We really liked the shops too, it was lovely just getting out of the house and seeing so much greenery.

- Thank you for a fun trip to Cannon Hall Farm. I accompanied my Granddaughter aged 11. This trip was exceptional because it gave my Granddaughter chance to see many animals and reptiles she would never ever get chance to see. We played on the rope swings together and at one point she got stuck, it was so funny and we laughed so much. It was a wonderful day. Thank you to the staff and everyone who organised this day and enabled us to get out of the city and simply allow my Granddaughter who has ADHD and possible Autism to express herself.
- Thank you for the visit to the farm. It helped that you were flexible with the transport aspect. Every day is different with my child & he would have struggled on the coach that particular day. There was lots to see & do and despite him not taking too much interest in the animals he loved the large variety of playgrounds to choose from. Thank you.
